Cindy O’Neal grew up in Hot Springs, AR. She has been a resident of Pike County for over 30 years. Cindy now lives on the Caddo River, where she loves entertaining and spending time with family and friends. Cindy enjoys cooking, fishing, kayaking, camping, and gardening. She has always enjoyed looking at houses new and old, and can see the potential for that house to become a home for her client.
