Heather Vaughn spent her childhood between Texas and Arkansas and became a full time Arkansan in 2000. Heather founded Caddo River Realty, Inc. in 2019 and brought her passion, tenacity, and dedication for real estate with her. Caddo River Realty, Inc. quickly became a top producing agency in the few years since its startup. Heather alongside her husband, Barry Bankhead, sold $15.7 Million in 2021. Serving on multiple real estate boards and committees locally and statewide along with serving as Treasurer for Glenwood Chamber of Commerce, Heather values community involvement and relationships. Heather firmly believes in always coming from a place of honesty, fairness, and working hard for each of her clients to assist in their home buying or selling journey and maintaining that relationship long after the transaction is done. Outside of being an active real estate agent, Heather has come to love mentoring other agents in their real estate careers through her company Caddo River Realty, Inc. Heather enjoys traveling with her husband, Barry, and her two kids, Brody and Kynleigh. If she’s not working on real estate, you will find her watching her kids on the basketball court.

We bought our house July 2014. Heather had been helping us look for about 6 months. Even driving an hour out at times to show us houses we thought we might like. She always showed up with a knowledge about the property we were looking at even though it wasn't her listing. She walked us through every step. She always answered when we called and was willing to go out of her way to make everything as convenient as possible for us. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
